This contactor was referred by another company, Pre Fix. Ruben Moreno came out to look at replacing some damage siding in the rear of my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very down to earth. He is a Spanish speaker, but does understand English very well. He took his time looking at the issue and prepared two estimates, one specifically for the repairs to the damaged section and one for the entire back wall. Had an appointment for 9/9:30. Received a call at 8:56 to say wife double booked him for same work. Asked if I could wait 1-1/2 hours or change appointment. I told him that I had this appointment with him since last Wednesday and I could not change it. He then asked if he could be 30-45 minutes late. I said I had other appointments and could not.
