I highly recommend RLP. Thought we would need a new hot water heater. Rich came in, replaced some parts and hot water heater is working like new.
Richard is so kind, and he takes time to explain exactly what's going on, creates a game plan, and saves you money. He recently went out of his way to draw up a diagram to map-out the complex issue we were experiencing in our home. He is trustworthy, and I am confident in his knowledge in this field. We had a leak from the pipes behind the shower, and Richard came out and fix them perfectly with minimal mess and destruction. This was our third time using Richard and each time it has been a perfect experience. If you need a plumber, I promise if you call Richard, he will not be dissatisfied.
I was referred to Richard by a friend and I couldn't be happier. He went out of his way to make repairs to a family members home. He quickly diagnosed the issues and repaired them at a fraction of the cost of other estimates. He treats you like family and that's hard to find these days! Great work, good price! Had an issue with my garden tub leaking from the pump for the jets. Richard was able to get out and fix the problem quickly and efficiently.
