I have bought a poster from his studio a few weeks ago: they told me it was shipped but could not provide tracking information. At the beginning there was a troubling lack of communication: I kept asking for updates but received no response. After a while, they reach out to apologize and made sure to resend the poster. Now I am waiting to receive my order, but I have appreciated their effort to make it up to me and their eventual promptness to solve the situation. I love Ricardo's work and can't wait for the poster to come.
