Had a wonderful experience with Dr Yo today. She looked so young that I must admit I was a little nervous! She quickly changed my mind and was very knowledgeable and caring. Staff also great as well!
My insurance covers the eye exam with a $10 copay. However, when I went in for my appointment, the person at the front desk told me I had to pay $10 plus $39 for retinal imaging, because they don’t offer dilation, which is covered by my plan. I clearly stated that I did not want the retinal imaging and only wanted the basic eye exam covered by my insurance. They refused and said the imaging was mandatory. I highly recommend coming here to get your eyes checked! The entire staff are super kind and do a great job treating their patients in an efficient manner.
