The only reason for not giving a one-star review is that the communication was good with this company, but they tried to get one over on me by telling me my vision insurance didn't cover a contact lens fitting. They tried to collect either a $214 or $164 co-pay for my contact lens fitting (depending on which type of lens I chose). I verified my coverage and went with another provider which charged me the correct $10 co-pay for my exam. I had an excellent experience at RLK Eye Associates at the Costco in Cumming. Al handled my appointment and was absolutely wonderful — efficient, kind, and professional. Spencer took care of me during my visit and was warm, accommodating, and made me feel completely at ease.
