The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable I feel. I have used their services for 10 years.
Another wonderful experience! There was no wait for my appointment. Ann, my hygienist, made me feel at ease, especially since I had to get xrays done! She was very skilled and had a great sense of humor, which made it difficult for me not to laugh. I can't forget the star of the show, Dr. Jason Pohl. He checks in at the end to ensure I still have that perfect smile, which I do. He is straightforward yet adds kindness and humor to the mix. I will keep driving from Oshkosh to Appleton for the warmth and professionalism.
Dr Pohl is excellent! The staff is also great! However, I had a temp hygienist that was terrible. She never stopped talking about her life, didn't seem to know how to take x-rays, was so slow, had dirty finger nails and when I left I didn't feel like my teeth were even cleaned. Would that stop me from going back? Absolutely not. I love that place and this was an unusual situation.
