A while ago things seemed to be a little disorganized up front after Dr Dylan left. Much better now and Dr Fox and the girls in the back are great
I don't care for your dentist.
I was supposed to have an appointment to fix a tooth. I arrived and sat for 20 minutes in the waiting room because nobody was there. When finally another patient shows up, then 2 more show up. We now have 4 people waiting to check in and still no receptionist. I then find out all 4 of us have appointments at the same time. Only 1 dentist! When the receptionist finally shows up she gives me 6 sheets of paperwork to fill out. This could have been done ahead of time. I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! I’m an existing patient who had a 9 am appointment and I showed up right at 9, but guess what??? I was turned away! Why? Because apparently I didn’t “confirm the appointment” when she tried calling 30 minutes before the appointment time! I even got a text at 8 saying “we’ll see you soon for your 9 am appointment!” And to make matters worse, there was no other patients there and you’re telling me I couldn’t be seen anymore???
