UPDATE (August 2023): The unresponsive salesman has left the company. I was eventually put in touch with an engineer who helped to sort things out, and I finally got everything that I needed. I later ordered a second setup from them, and by that point, they had turned my requested "wiring kit" into an official item. I had some trouble with a power supply being too weak for two switches in the same cabinet, and they helped me debug the problem in great detail (even setting up a parallel setup on their end to test it). The equipment seems to be top-quality. However, for the price ($685), it arrived missing necessary parts (internal wiring). I bought two pieces of equipment that were designed to work together (a cabinet with a power supply and an Ethernet switch to go in that cabinet). It wasn't clear that the two pieces that I received could be connected together properly and safely without some additional specialty parts (wires that are terminated with industry-specific connectors).
