I wanted someone that would help solve problems and Ruben did just that. He tested a few areas of the house, identified the root cause of my plumbing problem, and provided options to fix the areas of concern. Got it done quickly
The plumber showed me all the old pipes and the dirt in all the pipes. All the plumbers are great to work with. Ruben has a a very nice personality.
When I spoke with them over the phone I asked them to come snake my bathroom sink drain and run a camera in my drainage pipe. When the Ruben showed up, he only came to snake the sink and said it would have to be another appointment for the drainage pipe. While he was there he gave me a free drain cleaner to help out, and he used a handheld snake to clean snake my sink. The following week the sink was already draining slowly. Was able to schedule a next day appointment. Service was great. Explained the job and showed me what needed to be replaced. Cleaned up after himself.
