My experience with Rudyuk Law Firm was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, I felt like my case was not a priority and that I was paying far more than the quality of service I received. The billing practices were one of the biggest issues. They charge for every single phone call, every email, and every tiny communication, even when nothing useful comes out of it. Ksenia and her team are knowledgeable and deliver strong legal work. Unfortunately, their practice suffers from serious issues around transparency and ethics. My account exceeded the initial deposit by more than $10,000 without any notice, and the matter is now stuck in arbitration. Billing practices also raise concerns — for example, charging roughly $1,000 for an hour of “travel time” to a courthouse located just a short walk from the office.
