Technician showed up, told me he doesn’t usual work on these heaters. Proceeded to try and light pilot. Said no I can’t fix this after 4 mins of work and said oh we are charging you 126.00 for this. So get paid to do nothing at all to fix my heater. Terrible company. To charge me for absolutely nothing. And I was never told I would Be charged just for him to come and tell me he doesn’t work on these heaters.
RLD Heating & Cooling is awesome! Ray the owner did my neighbor a real solid and was truly a good neighbor and very qualified to tackle anything you need when it comes to Heating systems & AC! Went over and above!
