This was the worst experience I have ever had working with an auditor/valuator. At the start, there was correspondence back and forth about the RLB process. A quote was given as a range. The engagement letter was signed and the retainer was paid. It wasn't the low end of the range, but was slightly above. The services took MONTHS to complete (we engaged in September 2024, services were finally complete in March 2025, for an income assessment of 3 years).
