I had a great experience with RLB Cycleworks. I got a mountain bike for free from a family friend, however when I got it it wouldn’t even pedal without locking up, and a lot of things were wrong with it. I reached out to a few local bike shops, and while some of them took over a week to get back, or just never did, Taro replied quickly and said I could bring the bike in for a consult. Fantastic experience here! I took my older Trek bike in for maintenance after leaving it sit for years in my garage. No extra charges or upsells, and Taro managed to finish it before he'd estimated. It feels like a new bike! He enjoys and takes pride in his work and it shows. RLB is now my new bike resource (thank you again, Taro!).
I had an excellent experience with Taro. I originally called several other bike shops in the neighborhood for help with my used bike that looked like it was having some issues (wheel was unstable), but was told there was a waiting period of a couple weeks to over a month before my bike could be looked at. Taro said he could take a look at it that week so I went to his shop which recently opened at the current location.
