Taro is great! I called to see about making an appointment to bring my kids’ bikes in and he said I could bring them in today to be checked. When we arrived about an hour later, I assumed I would be dropping off the bikes so he could look at them. Instead, he checked both of them on the spot, fixed them and we walked out with 2 fixed bikes that my kids were so excited to ride again! Taro is very honest and provides amazing service!
Great experience and super fast turnaround time! The owner is very down to earth as well as thorough. He made sure to explain everything he did to my bike as well as answer all my questions. Please do your bike a favor and go to RLB Cycleworks!
I highly recommend RLB Cycleworks for bike repairs. The owner is very knowledgeable, does high quality work, explains the repair he will do, delivers on his commitments and his prices for repairs are very competitive to others. I am very satisfied and will continue to use RLB in the future.

I was on the bike path nearby when my chain had issues, called and the owner was very friendly and willing to take a look despite the fact that I didn’t have an appointment, he was very professional and able to find the root cause in minutes! He explained what’s going on and gave me options, and in minutes I was back on the saddle! So glad I found this place, I highly recommend!
