I had a great experience with RLB Cycleworks. I got a mountain bike for free from a family friend, however when I got it it wouldn’t even pedal without locking up, and a lot of things were wrong with it. I reached out to a few local bike shops, and while some of them took over a week to get back, or just never did, Taro replied quickly and said I could bring the bike in for a consult. I highly recommend RLB Cycleworks for bike repairs. The owner is very knowledgeable, does high quality work, explains the repair he will do, delivers on his commitments and his prices for repairs are very competitive to others. I am very satisfied and will continue to use RLB in the future.
I was on the bike path nearby when my chain had issues, called and the owner was very friendly and willing to take a look despite the fact that I didn’t have an appointment, he was very professional and able to find the root cause in minutes! He explained what’s going on and gave me options, and in minutes I was back on the saddle! So glad I found this place, I highly recommend!
Top notch service, “at home feeling”, and an easy trust. The owner’s / staff expertise’ and love for the craft is evident and contagious! My bike is restored.
