Took my old Scwinn in for a tune up earlier this month and was impressed with the time the store associate spent me with me and their knowledge of older models. I didn't feel the pressure to buy additional enhancements and was provided a fair estimate. Very happy with the work that was done. Would recommend to fellow bike enthusiasts looking for honest and quality repair/tune up work.
Taro is great! I called to see about making an appointment to bring my kids’ bikes in and he said I could bring them in today to be checked. When we arrived about an hour later, I assumed I would be dropping off the bikes so he could look at them. Instead, he checked both of them on the spot, fixed them and we walked out with 2 fixed bikes that my kids were so excited to ride again! Taro is very honest and provides amazing service!
I had an excellent experience with Taro. I originally called several other bike shops in the neighborhood for help with my used bike that looked like it was having some issues (wheel was unstable), but was told there was a waiting period of a couple weeks to over a month before my bike could be looked at. Taro said he could take a look at it that week so I went to his shop which recently opened at the current location.
