Fantastic experience here! I took my older Trek bike in for maintenance after leaving it sit for years in my garage. No extra charges or upsells, and Taro managed to finish it before he'd estimated. It feels like a new bike! He enjoys and takes pride in his work and it shows. RLB is now my new bike resource (thank you again, Taro!).
I had an excellent experience with Taro. I originally called several other bike shops in the neighborhood for help with my used bike that looked like it was having some issues (wheel was unstable), but was told there was a waiting period of a couple weeks to over a month before my bike could be looked at. Taro said he could take a look at it that week so I went to his shop which recently opened at the current location. I have been using RLB Cycleworks for about 4 years now! Taro is great and my bike with his tuneups allow me to drastically increase my speed for riding! I cannot recommend him enough great work and super accommodating! Thanks Taro
I purchased a used bike and brought it in to be serviced by Taro for a safety check & have new tires + tubes installed. He did a fantastic job. Taro cleaned everything up for me, made sure the bicycle was in good working condition and safe. He took the time to resurface the brake pads since the bicycle had been sitting for a long time. Cleaned it up too! ✨ I will definitely come back for any other repair needs.
