Driving thru Harrison Ohio RLA was set up working, they was very polite and professional concrete job looked great!
RLA has been doing work in and around our area for years and we have had nothing but great experiences with them! Always professional and respectful while following all safety rules and regulations. While working on our street they went above and beyond when having to replace our sidewalk and laying down grass seed so it wouldn’t be a muddy mess, it turned out beautifully! Should teach their drivers to not park illegally in neighborhoods. No consideration for the people who live where they are working . Truck was parked in both spots for two plus days straight. First picture is a clear as day a no parking anytime zone due being the entrance to the neighborhood and the other picture is the same part of the street but they are parked on the no parking side of the street . RLA was in parker city Indiana replacing gas lines. They did very little to fix the damage they did to my property. I was ask if I was satisfied with there restoration. My answer was no I'm not satisfied. They put grass seed down put some straw on top of it. Just to cover up the damage. So not please at all. Very disappointed RLA UTILITIES. Update as of 11:47am on 7 24 2025. Raked up the straw and there were big rocks in the damage part of my yard. If I went to mow it would have destroyed my mower.
