If negative stars could be given, they would. These people are con artists. They'll take your money to fund another project and string you along with empty promises. They extorted, coerced, and bullied my elderly mother throughout the entire process. All in writing, this is not just talk. But there was plenty of lip service too. Be careful with this company. They did some work well and ignored other work that I specifically asked to have done such as having the ceiling taken out and replaced with fresh material. That did not happen. The flushing out of the AC vents was incomplete. They did not clean out the AC vent in the bathroom. I suspect he does custom work well, seems to be more of a woodworking angle to the work they do. Communications was intermittent and difficult. It's a small shop. I suspect they're overloaded and they cut corners.
