I took my car to here to get a sound diagnosed and their tech Bryan came back with a $4,000 estimate for the entire suspension. When I asked him what was the cause of the sound, he stated he couldn't locate the exact sound. I never asked them to look at my whole suspension either. Be aware Edit: Owner thinks this is a Scam review when it is certainly NOT. I guarantee you this post is genuine. Just look at my other reviews. Im serious. Avoid this place if they can't accept a 1 star review!
I needed some work done on my truck. They looked over the issues and got me a quote. Then they made sure I went out the door with the price they quoted me. Very professional and respectful.
Bryce at R&L is a great communicator! He made sure I knew what my vehicle needed, what it would cost before repairs and when the work could be done. The mechanics there did a great job on repairs and did the work quickly! I appreciate R&L greatly!
Im from out of town I needed an alignment and some from end work these guys got me ASAP. Did the work hooked me up super helpful and friendly even gave me a ride back to my camper while they kept the truck I had to take off work to get it there. When they finished they stayed open long enough for me to finish paying for something else they found wrong. They even showed me what was wrong the day I was there and didnt just tell me it was bad.
