Excellent and friendly service.
Wish I could leave a positive review but I can't. I visited their office looking to alter my existing SAFECO coverage or consider moving to another company to lower my premium. It ended up being the strangest sales experience I have ever had. The lady that I was speaking with clearly had no interest in helping me reduce my monthly premium. I came to the conclusion that because I was looking for a policy with lower limits and coverage amounts they were not interested in doing business with me.
