RL Services installed a new aircon on my roof. Substandard workmanship resulted in flooding of my house. The cost of repairs in excess of the cost of the unit. Very poor response from Rob. Just not interested in resolving the cause of the problem. Reports from roofing repair specialist and independant aircon expert both state poor workmanship. Would recommend you don't deal with RL Services.
I haven’t used this company’s services, thank god, but based on a personal contact with the owner and the office lady, I can say that they are extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional people. The guys rocked up an hour late and I had to aerate the house for an hour after they left. I contacted their office to ask some questions and was told off for that. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to have anything to do with them.
Had called up our service provide by the owners guide book and they sent this company came out to check the unit and was told the technician found unit all working to specifications & no fault found. Sorry to say they were wrong. Had an Air conditioner Service company out and found that the water solenoid as at fault. Thank you for billing us $120 for no service and not listing to the customer.
Didn't even end up booking with them as the guy I spoke to on the phone was so rude, kert and unhelpful. Tried to book twice with them. Not going to bother now.
Joanne is lady to speak with. She is marvellous. These people know their stuff. They are honest and reliable. Very highly recommended!
