We've had R&L Royal Services complete many projects in our home. Most recently, R&L added a feature wall of brick tile to give our bonus room some character. Not only was Ramon skilled and detailed with the tiling, but he also cleaned each day before he left! After completing an overdue trim repair for us, he and two other crew members also painted the walls and trim for us and did it neatly and efficiently.
Great paint quality, but terribly lacking in customer service or standing behind there products. I had used their paint 9 times past 2 years. But the latest gallon was.thw wrong color. After several contacts with their customer service I got tired of the run around and their insistence that it was my fault and not theirs. They would either say I wasn't mixing it long enough or blending correctly. They color was way darker than what I ordered. THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS PERMANENTLY!!
Wonderful service! We’re so pleased with how our barn turned out. This company stands by their work. They made sure the job was done well and that we were happy with the outcome. We definitely are! Thank you Kevin & Dave.
I have been using Dave and his crew at R & L Royal Services for about 6-7 years now, mainly for interior/exterior painting and repairs, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Great communication, fast, and great work!
Dave and his team are exceptional! He came out to do an in-person quote within a few days of contacting him and had the team scheduled to paint within a few weeks to accommodate my travel schedule. They did a beautiful job and painted every wall in the house (and some additional handy-work) in 3.5 days, including touch ups and final walk through. The pricing was very competitive and the quality of work and high-end paint was well worth it. Would absolutely use again and recommend to others!
