I scheduled an inspection a week out, as I only have Mondays and Tuesdays off. The following Tuesday came, I received no communication, so I called for an ETA which was a vague “Well you ARE on the schedule today”, and was promised I’d be seen by the end of the day. Terrible unprofessional front desk. I called to schedule appointment with R&L, its front desk lady is so unprofessional and stupid! First of all, she has a very strong southern accent. When she asked about my personal information to put in their system. I had to repeat my name, phone number and email 4-5 times each, in order for her to write down everything correctly.
