I would recommend using RL Rider for any remodeling job you have. They are welcoming and flexible. They are very on top of permits and building codes. I felt safe and listened to during the whole process. The communication is a bit irregular. The prep meeting for design had constant communication but when the job started it was very hands off. We absolutely love our finished basement completed by RL Rider!! Our friends and family are thoroughly impressed!! We highly recommend RL Rider!! Just finished our 4th project with RL Rider and we are highly satisfied as always. The team is great from design to clean-up. Everyone is helpful and professional. We appreciate the regular communications, attention to detail, and extra efforts beyond the contract requirements.
The team has been a great experience to work with. The job was a big project that saw 5 bedrooms turned into 3 with a new mini Master. They are almost finished. They have tried to stay within budget and succeeded. They have asked lots of questions all along the way to make sure it is what I expected.
