We absolutely love Alfonso! For the last four years, my husband and I have picked a project for the house, and Alfonso has bee our go-to. He’s done repair work on our garage, redid the front of our home including demo/ removal, new cement, DG, new rails and fence, installed new floors throughout the house, and this year he upgraded our retaining wall. We hired YBL Design & Build for a full home remodel and addition, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Isaac was honest, organized, and clear from the beginning. The team helped us plan everything ahead of time, including the layout, design, permits, and schedule. I hired this company in August 2024 for work on my property, and what followed was one of the most stressful and expensive experiences I have ever had with any business. From the beginning, the project was plagued by delays, poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and constant frustration. The original quoted price was $145,000, but slowly and steadily they increased it to $184,000.
