Had a shut off bust. Water spewing into the air, my bathroom was covered in water. The hallway covered and running into my living room. I had previously called 4 plumbers even those that say they supply 24/7 service, we it would be are leasr 2 days before they could come out, by then I will be in a boat, You guys saw an ad on Angi list, called me, this plumber came right out fixed my leak and now I am good. Thanks to this young man. Great job super service.highly recommended. .
RL Plumbing was great when they were going to get paid, but when I asked for the plumber to come back because the trench they dug for the new main water line did not fill in order to return the yard back to its original condition (the dirt sunk creating a void so I asked them to come and fill the void), the plumber ignored my texts. This company should not be trusted by anyone. I had water in my basement from the recent storms and thought my sump pump had stopped. I called several companies who were unable to get to me quickly enough and I ended up finding this place RL off Angi List. A new sump pump was installed however the water I had initially- 2-3 inches started rising. I contacted the plumber and we agreed he would come out the next morning to see what was happening. I had a water heater replaced about a month ago by Aaron. I called a few other places but due to my water location and such I was getting outrageous quotes. He came out and quoted me something reasonable and would do it with no hassle. After reading the other reviews I went ahead to give it a try. Not sure what these others are going on about but he did a good job. Was professional, and stuck to the quoted price. Got the code inspection letter in the mail a few days later. And the city approved it with no problem.
