This occurred while our project was still unfinished and we were actively seeking the contractually required walkthrough, punch-list process, and closeout. Posted November 2025, project still under construction: Lockwood Construction began my project in October of 2023, with a projected completion date of October 2024. Multiple revised completion dates were provided across 2024 and 2025 without corresponding improvements in oversight, organization, or sequencing. With inadequate supervisory presence, no communication, and no one accountable for project direction, sequencing, or quality control, I recommend not using this company.
