What is wrong with your organization? Do you not care about clients? Why would you use a blue plastic on windows and block out all sunlight for a month plus? Was clear unavailable? Apparently customer satisfaction isn’t your concern. Can you imagine being without daylight and no access to your outside space for a month plus?
