While they were very professional. And promptly scheduled my appointment. (Hence two stars) I still have a broken treadmill. It’s unfortunate. I was hopeful after reading other reviews. Their prices were very high for a failed diagnostic. I was expecting more trouble shooting, and having spare parts or testing ability for the circuit board. Not the case. So fortunate to have found RL Fitness Repair, Tim did a great job fixing our 12-year old elliptical! I called a few other places who didn’t work on our home-brand, only the professional gym brands. Tim was super easy to work with, reasonable rates, and helped us with ordering the spare parts. We’ll definitely use them again if we need! It’s really tough to find people in this niche to repair home gym equipment, I’d recommends them to anyone.

Yesterday Kevin Leonhardt came out to my house to fix my Elliptical. He came on time, was very curtise and he new how to correct the rubbing noise in the front of my machine. Thank You, See you in a year for my Tune Up!
