Randy is a prize I was not expecting. I was at Blue Compass RV and I ask them to take a look at my propane tank inclusive to a Winniebago VIA. The gauges read full but NO propane available. It was through them that opened a door to an extremely valuable person Randy, that knows all about propane but also how it all works. Randy is fantastic and helped uss upgrade our propane tanks that were 30 years old. He is right off interstate and easy access for our truck camper and 24 foot trailer. His office also has many RV supplies if needed
Randy is the go-to for everything propane. He will explain it all in a way us dummies can understand. Lol! I learned of seals and why black propane covers on an rv/travel trailer are not good.
Perfect service from the first minute! Randy took care of all our propane needs and even recertified a tank that was long overdue but in excellent shape. Easy place to get in and out, just minutes from the freeway.
After squeezing himself under my RV Van, Randy was able to give me an extensive and knowledgeable evaluation of a possible propane leak I was experiencing. Although he wasn’t able to do any work on my rv van due to the tight space, he recommended me a place that could (Vantastic Vans). It’s so refreshing to find good, friendly and experienced professionals while traveling cross country. Thanks Randy!
