We got a large pallet delivery from Eddie today and he went above and beyond in helping us get it where it needed to go and had a great attitude while doing so. Thank you, Eddie!
Eddy provided outstanding customer service with our large delivery today!
We called main office and local office both to give our contact number we have made about 4calls before the delivery. But on the delivery day, driver person did not have our info. Second delivery attempt day, driver person was “again” not given correct information and showed up 3hr before scheduled time. We don’t blame the driver at all, he was doing his best. But I just don’t understand why none of our calls or information was not relayed to the driver.
Pormz(our delivery driver) arrived 10 minutes early and waited for me to arrive before off loading my package. Professional and personable. Thanks!
