5 star mostly for the driver, Michael Shryock, and Patty in dispatch who helped me out today. Shipment came sooner that expected and Patty helped me get the package diverted to another address with ease. When the truck arrived, the packaged was double stacked even though it wasnt supposed to be and create a potential nightmare for taking the 2000lb package out of the truck. Luckily, Michael Shryock is a pro and handled the deliveery like a boss. Very appreciative of the customer service today.
Great place to work
This is the second time I’ve had a package delivered from this company (not by my choice). The first time the package arrived a day early with no notification. I had to reschedule my trailer for pick up. Today I called and confirmed at 8 AM I would have a 30 minute heads up of the arrival time and they confirm the driver would call. I got no call. I just got a notification my package was delivered with no phone call or heads up.
Slow.
Had a crate motor shipped from a supplier in Nevada. Zero issues with shipping from tracking to picking up at the terminal.
