Absolutely horrible customer service. The operator Leah that I talked to is completely unprofessional in every way shape and form. She will rush you off the phone with information that is invalid, than blame you for “misunderstanding her”. There driver Reshawn stood right at my door step and spat sunflower seeds on my sidewalk, while completely ignoring me through my door bell. I learned that when I am forced to deal with these people, RECORD THE CALL! Waiting on a call from her manager. Very doubtful I will get a call.
They have poor communications. Additionally, package arrived one day ahead of schedule. Was supposed to arrive on Tuesday. Monday morning I woke up and found the shipment was left on the street. Would not use this company again.
Good place to work and thay pay Good 👍
Fernando was very helpful with my delivery schedule and Carlos was very professional when he delivered my package.
