I called before driving over and told him the make and model of my car, was coming in for an oil change, he said that he'd be able to do it and to head over. I got there and he said it'd would be 20min. waited 40 minutes for the mechanic to finally tell me and he didn't have the oil for my car, and that i had to walk to autozone to go get it, and bring it back to him to do the job. Seems like they don't care about customers. Never back again.
Been using Ricardo for years and the service is amazing. I used my car for work and Ricardo(and staff) always had me back on the road the next day when my car needed work. He was always upfront and honest with the work and price. Even though I've moved from the area I still use and recommend him.
