I recently purchased a self leveling dock plate from Blair/RKS Electric on Marketplace and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The transaction was smooth and easy from start to finish. The pricing was fair, the communication was excellent, and everything went exactly as discussed. The equipment was exactly as described and in solid condition. I would definitely deal with Blair/RKS Electric again and highly recommend them, Great seller!
I’d never deal with RKS Electric or Blair ever again. I was quoted between $250-$350 and when I received my invoice, it was $578. I did call back as the switch they installed wasn’t working properly, but all I received back were excuses and then he said it couldn’t be set to stay on…I’m not a electrician, but I fixed the problem myself. They set an appointment for 4:30pm, but arrived around 7:15pm with no phone call , so I just asked him to leave…I’ll get the switch fixed myself.
