Great go, Dr. Frazier and staff are extraordinary people, and help anyway they can to accommodate your needs
The NP is there to fill a quota and get paid. Nurses are the same. Nobody cares about your medical problems. They don't attempt to go above and beyond or think outside the box for their patients. DO NOT GO HERE. FIND AN ACTUAL MEDICAL DOCTOR.
Go in with flu symptoms, body aches, head ache the works felt like I been hit by a train my appointment was 1:30 and got there Early was not seen till 2:10 finally seen the doctor wants to give me nasal spray and nausea medicine i told her multiple times I'm not there for nausea and nasal congestion. My body hurts I feel sick as a dog i asked her. I need to get back to work Do you recommend theraflu? I recently was referred to RKM for behavioral/mental help. I will say that from start to finish, I've had nothing but positive interactions with everyone I've met here. They've talked to me, understood where I was at, and provided me encouragement to help me make this journey of getting better a reality. I went to RKM the Doctor told me to be back in three months and only gave me a 1 month refill! When I asked for them to fax over my meds to Walmart bc I do not have a car and the Doctor absolutely refused! I do not recommend this place! They are very unprofessional and the Doctors are under educated.
