I honestly wish I could give them zero stars. The VA referred me to RKM because it was the only mental health facility available to me. For nearly 8 months, I would receive a call from RKM almost every morning canceling my appointment and rescheduling it 2–3 months later. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a “doctor’s“ office. Completely unprofessional and rude. There has never been the same staff for more than 2 visits because nobody wants to work there. They lost my sliding scale paperwork and because so they tell me I have a balance of $275.00 that nobody in the office could help me resolve or even give me a real reason as to why. A lady named Simone Knighten was very rude. She asked me why I came in and I told her then she said she was still confused. She told me she is a floater to different RKM locations. She was very rude, attitude, ready to go so she was telling me to find the answers that she should already know. I definitely do not want to be seen by her again.

Phenomenal doctors for the entire family and a super convenient pharmacy within! Everything from internal medicine, to mental health, dental, and women's health! This place is exactly what our little area needed!

The front desk is not pleasant. I have been to other RKM locations, and the front resk receptionists usually just don't care. This location is particularly bad because they always have 8 people at the front desk when you arrive, but none of them acknowledge you for up to 10 minutes, none of them answer the phone, and if you dare try and schedule online they will make you call to schedule anyway.
