They seriously need to hire a receptionist with some education and basic communication skills. She was rude and doesn’t even know how to ask a simple question nicely.
I had a very disappointing experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and behaved in an aggressive and unprofessional manner.
Staff behavior is not good. Reception staff is rude. Behave like they are in India and patient doesn't have value.
