I think it would be really beneficial for the receptionist to receive some training in communication and customer service. The receptionist came across as quite rude and lacked basic communication and customer service skills. Unfortunately, my experience with her has been quite negative—she doesn’t seem to know how to communicate effectively or ask questions appropriately. Receptionist is very rude she doesn’t know how to speak. Please keep your attitude in your pocket.
Dr. Singh has been my family doctor for several years now and became a practitioner I trust most. Friendly, listens and provides the best medical care. I’ve also gotten to know the front desk staff over the years and they’re friendly, professional and do their best to help. A good clinic!
