One of the girl in reception she doesn’t know how to behave with patients. If patients have emergency then they call. If you don’t have skills how to handle the patient please leave the job because no one want tolerate your attitude.
Rude behaviour by receptionist I recently had a visit with Dr. Jason, and I must say he was excellent—he listened to my health concerns very carefully and addressed them very well. However, I found the receptionist’s behavior quite rude. In my opinion, receptionists should always maintain a respectful and courteous attitude toward patients.
