Unprofessional and irresponsible. They charged me twice to fix the same problem ($414 total) and failed both times. A third attempt also failed. The video shows my last time picking up the car. The same noise persists. When I asked for a refund, they refused. They also refused to put my original parts back. On top of that, my car got a parking ticket while it was in their shop, and they would not take responsibility. Waste of time, waste of money. Be very careful before coming here.

Mike was literally an angel who saved the day. My car literally stopped mid acceleration after 5:00pm. I had to get my car towed and how could I find a shop open late? When I called this shop Mike answered and was SO kind. He said I can bring my car down and they would take care of it right away. Unfortunately the part I needed was not available so they had to fix my car the next day. Mike generously offered to drop me off at home and also pick me up the next morning. Mike is an incredible mechanic and an even better human being. I’ve been here twice, and both times Mike and his team went out of their way to use OEM parts and fluids, communicated with me every step of the way, priced fairly, and fixed every issue that needed fixing.
