The only way you wouldn’t have enough detail about how someone could rate you so low is that you have so many complaints, you don’t know which one this is…everyone knows how to get in touch with you, your copy/paste responses aren’t acceptable and most folks that get to know you learn quickly that you are all about what’s best for you. Do not under ANY circumstances work with this company or their affiliated company: Williamsburg Home Services unless you want to invite a disaster into your life. We’ve worked with both teams on a large residential project and I cannot overstate how poorly the project was managed and executed. We are a year over schedule. You read that right. Almost every item the company managed has had to be re-worked at least once. And most of the re-work creates additional issues (electrical, plumbing, etc.) due to poor quality control. ... read more
