The team at Robert Ace Builders was excellent, start to finish. My project was a complete demolition and rebuild custom home that required skill from the architectural design to the completion of the build. They managed many real time design changes without issue. I needed to trust the team as I was rarely onsite throughout the process, they kept me updated constantly. We love the home.
The team at RKA just finished our new home, I want to thank everyone for their professionalism and expertise. The process of building was a bit overwhelming, but Dustin, Janet, and John were always there to answer our questions and always available for a call which put us at ease. We dodged a huge bullet with this company. We paid our deposit and agreed to begin the design process. Boy oh boy do they have a way of designing a home.... Whatever budget and preliminary details you give them, they will work their magic to waste your time (& money) They do presentation after presentation after presentation of home options that are way more money and outside of the square footage discussed. Illegal to drive with snow on the roof please clean it off
Robert Ace Builders did an excellent job building our home but what truly impressed us was their commitment long after the work was finished. Almost four years later, well after the house had settled and the warranty expired, they came back and fixed a minor issue without hesitation even though they were under no obligation to do so. Honest, professional, and easy to work with — We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a builder that goes above and beyond.
