Unhappy customer! My name is Carol Dugat and Randy with RK TV Service picked up my elderly parents (Marshall & Virginia Hyson) 60" flat screen TV in May 2016 with the understanding that if he could not repair it, they would only be charged $89 for the diagnostic/pick up fee.
