I had the pleasure of working with Tom from RK Roofing. I initially contacted him for a quote, and he was consistently responsive and thorough in addressing all of my questions. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. RK Roofing offered a fair and competitive price, showed great respect for my property, and completed the work on time, delivering exactly what was outlined in the quote.
If a company can't even show up to an appointment to give an estimate or even call, I can only imagine how it would go if they were hired and there was a problem with their work. Jon had THREE ways of contacting me if he couldn't make the appointment, so there's really no excuse for a company of this size to not contact a possible client. My time is just as valuable as your time. NO EXCUSE!!
Signed a contract with them back in November for metal roof repair. Weather prevented us from starting the work in the winter but they assured me in March/April it would be done any week now. Have been completely unresponsive for the past month despite multiple texts, calls, and emails. Wish I didn't waste my time with them. Lousy customer service.
RK Roofing did an amazing job on replacing my roof. A special thanks to Tom , who was knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful throughout the whole process. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently and showed great attention to detail. Most importantly, the cleanup after the job was thorough and left my yard spotless. I truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend RK Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services.
