The manager is a rude, unprofessional, blaming individual. We have had numerous run-ins with her and some of the other staff during our time at Montecito Ppint. The location is great, the units are nicer than most, but if you have any issues regarding your stay here prepare for encounters so wildly inappropriate and unprofessional that the police themselves recommend reporting it.
Wonderful experience. Helpful, attentive, and caring. Could not speak more highly!
