I am very happy that I found RK Payne! I have a go to HVAC company in Warren County but after buying a property in Colonial Beach I had to find a new one for this area. RK Payne stood out at every step of the way. James was wonderful during our estimate appt and the three techs that came out to do all of the work were professional, courteous, did great work, and sealed the deal.. they are my go to HVAC company in Westmoreland County. I will certainly be referring them!
This company lies about what’s wrong with your ac unit and then charges you hidden fees. Extremely rude and threatening. They’re saying I owe a $109 service fee when I never signed anything and they never even verbally communicated it to me until after. Do not recommend.
Had them service my entire system and they did a wonderful job! Would definitely reach out to them again!

Asked for a simple tune-up — next thing I know, they want to charge me for a service call on top of it. I called Kasper Mechanical instead, and their receptionist was actually helpful and respectful. Not sure what happened to RK Payne, but it’s definitely not the same company it was 7 years ago. Sad to see how far it’s fallen. Also, FYI — there was nothing wrong with my unit, just like I said. Maybe try listening to your customers instead of arguing with them. Taking my business elsewhere.
