I have called on RK mobile small engine repair’s services in the past and also purchased a reconditioned snowblower from them about four years ago. I called this morning to ask for service on my snowblower as the electrically controlled chute refused to turn right. I was transferred to the technician, and he advised me that this was a common problem and that the chute rotation switch ($99.65 on Amazon) probably needed drying out. Christmas Eve afternoon, December 24th, my snowblower auger cable broke and I had an inoperable machine. I called around and RK Mobile Small Engine was the only place answering their phone. In speaking with Rafael, he stated it could be mid-January before they could complete the repair, with the holidays and work they had ahead of them.
