Nathan and the team are just phenomenal. We couldn’t be any happier at the care and service he puts into our vehicles, as if they were his own. We were recommended Nathan by a family friend who has been going to him for years and we can understand why! Driver's door lock actuator broke on a Friday, could not close the door, rang around with no success.Nathan, was fully booked but said bring it in I'll see what I can do. Sorted that day. Awesome service and will gladly recommend. Thankyou

Thank you very much for your polite assistance. I was able to drive long distances safely. Nathan is a reliable mechanic. I would like to request a car inspection again. ネイサンさんは親切で英語が話せない私にも優しくしてくれて、車をしっかり確認してくださり、勝手に修理をしたりせず、不具合の原因と修理が必要な箇所を値段と一緒に教えてくださりました。 車を見て貰う時はネイサンさんにまたお願いしたいです。 自分の英語力はYESとNOくらいしか話せないですが、とても優しかったです。話せなくても、真摯に対応すれば向こうもその態度で返してくださります。 翻訳使えば今の時代意思疎通も大体出来ますし。 修理してもらった後長距離走ったけど、問題なく過ごせてます。 アジア人だし、英語話せんので、ぼったくられたらどないしよとか思いましたが、そんな心配一切必要なかった。 日本で同じ修理しても同じくらいの値段の修理だったし、オーストラリアの人件費で考えたら安いのでは？って感じでした。 手元見た時ちゃんと... read more
