I have never left a review, but these guys are so bad, I must. Short story, these idiots hit my credit report, I called and advised them it wasn't me and I was in another state. After telling me they would take care if it...These " FOOLS" authorized the sale of the system, didnt remove the hard inquiry from my account...AND NOW, a year later after the imposters have skipped out on the $763 Bill, guess who they called to pay it?!! RK MARKETING LLC- KILL YOURSELF!!!!! Terrrrrrrrible company! Stay away!!!!
I wish you were able to give 0 stars. This company is a joke! I installed ADT with this "authorized dealer" and I was NOT satisfied with their service AT ALL! Since day 1 I've had nothing but problems. When my system was getting a low battery signal, I would get call after call for days. But when my alarm would go off, all I would receive is a damn text! Worst customer service and even worse security system! I would NOT recommend this to ANYONE!
Totally unreliable. My security system went off-line during a storm accompanied by a loss of power. I tried to reboot the system several times but was unsuccessful. I contacted ADT tech support and their only suggestion was to reboot the system so I tried again. When that failed they set up an appointment for a technician to come to my home to fix the system. The appointment was for Tuesday at12PM. When I called at 2:30 to find out what was going on I was told that the previous appointment ran over and they would not be comi... read more
