I had a new HVAC unit installed on 1.21.25 and the work was poorly done. They didn't want to replace both thermostats, they didn't want to upgrade my fuse system, and the panels on my unit was damaged. They came back to replace the damaged panels on 5.7.25, put the switch back in incorrectly, and the HVAC was disabled. The team was very incompetent and unexperienced. I will share this with my warranty company for future reference.
We had a positive experience with the company. The process moved very quickly, and the air conditioner is working great!
They came out today, diagnosed a very costly problem with our a/c and were on time and professional. I’m not sure why their ratings are so low. Anyhow they should be returning once the part is ordered.
Amazing job! Rodney came out to give us an estimate on a Thursday and had our new a/c unit installed and running by Tuesday! We were so impressed by his promptness and professionalism. We will definitely be referring our friends and family and will continue to work Rodney & Karla for all of our heating and cooling needs.
Great price, great work. Rodney knew I was on a short timeline for new condenser and coil, and was completed in less than 2 weeks. Other companies were a month out. Very detailed and very reliable service. Highly recommend to family, friends, anyone needing HVAC service, repair, or replacement.
