I would not recommend this business, is a scam!!! I did my taxes with them and never got my refund, the issue was never resolved, I had to go with another accountant to get this issue fixed. This place should be shutdown and reported to the IRS.
Roxana is highly unprofessional. She will stop replying to you about your taxes after obtaining your information and wont even update you on anything she has done with it. Do not recommend at all, I filed in January it is going to be June now and still have yet to hear or recieve my taxes.

Estafadores con corbata. Nunca te hablan claro . Se aprovechan de la falta de información algunos de nosotros los hispanos para lucrar cobrando el 39 % de fee por transferencia de tu reembolso desde su banco hacia el tuyo , "por proteger mi cuenta me dijeron " . Acaso me preguntaron si yo queria usar esos servicios de "proteccion " ? NO . Entonces es justo que por este porcentaje de mi reembolso el se quede con 200 dolares y del de mi madre con 400 ? No los recomiendo para nada . Habran los ojos !!!!! Es una estafa !!!!!
Esta compañía es una estafa , jamás me informaron q el reembolso me llegaría a la cuenta de. banco de la compañía aún yo dando la información de mi cuenta personal y luego te cobran el 39 % de todo lo q el irs te devuelva . No caigan en esto y corran la voz para q a más personas no les ocurra esto
