I had my vehicle fixed at the RK Collision Center. I was happy with the repairs and they exceeded my expectations. If they treat all customers in this manner I’m sure they will always get a 5 star review. As a side note Jaime is always a pleasure to deal with and is an attribute to this collision group.
I thought RK collision did great. Repairing the body on newer cars is hard. Lots of small pieces you cant even know about until the car is opened up. They were open and honest
Extremely disappointed with the work and service here. The whole experience was misleading, sloppy, and frustrating. They first tried to glue an aftermarket bumper on my SUV — the glue was visibly noticeable coming out of the seam and even smeared on the bumper cover, never cleaned off properly. Then they claimed they ordered an OEM bumper twice, but I only ever saw one invoice. I took my car to Chevy for repairs after being rear-ended, and while they fixed the rear end and the damaged tire, I was left with an alignment issue. When I brought it up to them, they refused to fix it, claiming they only worked on the rear of the car. However, the accident clearly affected more than just the rear end, and now I’m stuck dealing with an issue that should have been addressed. Disappointed with their lack of accountability and unwillingness to ensure my car was fully repaired.
I barely make reviews in my life but I wasn’t happy at your Customer representative named Kathy, she was very rude and transferred me in 5 different person in 3mins so I kept repeating myself on what I was calling about. Also she asked questions so many times and will cut you off and put you on hold, she was not even letting me finish my sentence… 👎
