I took my car to Chevy for repairs after being rear-ended, and while they fixed the rear end and the damaged tire, I was left with an alignment issue. When I brought it up to them, they refused to fix it, claiming they only worked on the rear of the car. However, the accident clearly affected more than just the rear end, and now I’m stuck dealing with an issue that should have been addressed. Disappointed with their lack of accountability and unwillingness to ensure my car was fully repaired.
I barely make reviews in my life but I wasn’t happy at your Customer representative named Kathy, she was very rude and transferred me in 5 different person in 3mins so I kept repeating myself on what I was calling about. Also she asked questions so many times and will cut you off and put you on hold, she was not even letting me finish my sentence… 👎
