Great services on my car.
I had my vehicle fixed at the RK Collision Center. I was happy with the repairs and they exceeded my expectations. If they treat all customers in this manner I’m sure they will always get a 5 star review. As a side note Jaime is always a pleasure to deal with and is an attribute to this collision group.
I thought RK collision did great. Repairing the body on newer cars is hard. Lots of small pieces you cant even know about until the car is opened up. They were open and honest
Extremely disappointed with the work and service here. The whole experience was misleading, sloppy, and frustrating. They first tried to glue an aftermarket bumper on my SUV — the glue was visibly noticeable coming out of the seam and even smeared on the bumper cover, never cleaned off properly. Then they claimed they ordered an OEM bumper twice, but I only ever saw one invoice.
