I have never been in your store before. Very cute clothes. Best of all, the two staff members I interacted with were so friendly and nice. One was a tall woman with dark curly hair and blue eyes, the other was shorter dark haired woman.Both very very nice. In many "upscale" stores some of the sales people can be somewhat snooty in my opinion. However these two ladies made me feel very comfortable. Best staff, best fashion, best prices! Wonderful customer service!
I am so disappointed in this vendor. I bought one of their very cute dresses at the Raleigh Junior League Shopping Spree. When I got it home, it had a darn security tag on it. I contacted someone via online Chat who suggested I return it and the tag would be removed and the item returned to me. To date, 3 weeks later, I have not received the dress back. I stopped by there yesterday to buy a few things and had a bad experience. I was followed around every where I went and watched by the girl working there as if I was going to steal something. It made me uncomfortable and was very disrespectful. I didn't even finish shopping, just checked out with what I had and left. No one wants to look around with someone breathing down your neck the whole entire time your there. She even left another customer downstairs to follow me upstairs to watch every move I made.
