Very quick and efficient. My wait time was only 30-45 minutes from arrival to payment
I had to wait a month to have a "bulletin" part installed because the dealership doesn't have loaners for 1-year old vehicles, doesn't have transportation over 15 miles and can't install exhaust sensors at night or on weekends. It's unusual that they expect average people to have spare vehicles to get to/from work so they can be without their car for Chevrolet to make a repair that's a known factory issue on a typical work day.
