My experience here was beyond remarkable. I tried to get an appointment but of course it was weekend so all appointments were booked. From the initial get go of not being able do get an appointment the CS rep in email did advised that I can do a walk on the day and they will try their best to accommodate me. So said so done! I got my dress here. They did not have my size, so I was fine with purchasing and having my seamstress alter it to my size. My seamstress was appalled at the quality of the dress. She found several holes/rips on the dress and the dress was in poor condition overall, with dirt/stains. I reached out back to RK Bridal via email and they never responded to me. I just got married on 6/15/2024. I had a wonderful experience at RK Bridal when I went to their store in 2023! Diana was my consultant and she was so sweet, professional, and patient. I believe I tried on about 6 dresses until I finally said “yes to the dress”!! RK Bridal has TONS and I mean TONS of wedding dresses and at all different price points.
