I got my dress here. They did not have my size, so I was fine with purchasing and having my seamstress alter it to my size. My seamstress was appalled at the quality of the dress. She found several holes/rips on the dress and the dress was in poor condition overall, with dirt/stains. I reached out back to RK Bridal via email and they never responded to me. I just got married on 6/15/2024. I had a wonderful experience at RK Bridal when I went to their store in 2023! Diana was my consultant and she was so sweet, professional, and patient. I believe I tried on about 6 dresses until I finally said “yes to the dress”!! RK Bridal has TONS and I mean TONS of wedding dresses and at all different price points. Had my bridal appt and was amazed by how knowledgeable and kind Sheryl was! Sheryl made me feel safe and comfortable. She heard me and provided just what I was looking for and more. I can’t say enough great things about her. Sheryl is the best! Highly recommend RK Bridal.
I said YES to the dress at RK Bridal :) My stylist Bianca was thorough, and really listened to what I explained I was looking for! The first dress Bianca chose for me WAS MY DRESS! I was extremely impressed by her professionalism, and shocked she knew exactly the type of dress to win me over. Mind you I can be quite picky! Lol.
