I've taken a refrigerator in for diagnosis and they weren't going to charge me since it only took them 15 minutes to figure out what the problems was. They have come to my house to diagnose and repair a refrigerator. I bought a refrigerator from them and the ride home caused a small pinhole leak in the refrigerant line and they replaced it at no charge. Great price, excellent customer service
They guarantee the work done. I recently sprung a leak! They not only came to the house, after it was determined not to be the pump Ken took it to the shop, delivered back home today in a very timely manner, set it up and I now have a leak free washer, very professional and kind Ginnie B!!
