I delivered here recently and overall it was a good experience. The location is easy to access for trucks, with plenty of parking space available, which makes maneuvering and waiting much easier. The unloading process was fast and efficient, and the staff handled things professionally. The only downside is that there is no restroom available for drivers, which would really improve the experience. Other than that, everything went smoothly and it’s a convenient place to deliver to.
Got here at 1300 for a 1300 appointment. Took 15 min to get anyone to answer buzzer at the gate finally get in go to check in lady says load ain't ready. Park they will call. At 3p I ck back load still not ready at 5p I het told to back into a door but load still ain't ready I finally got loaded at 9p no bathroom no over night parking staff is rude and they dont respect drivers time
Easy check in, waited 30 minutes for a door, empty within 30 minutes of getting the door.
